Scheduling and Routing a Request for Service
 

Service Magic Software has many features specific to the Irrigation Professional.
One of the most important functions is taking a service request and scheduling it as close as possible to a nearby appointment to minimize driving time and costs, scheduling that service request and then processing the work performed and finally billing for the work performed.

 
Entering in Customer search details
After entering into the Service Request area, we can search for the customer numerous ways. In this example, we type in our customer's Last Name and press the ENTER key.
