This online demo can be used for either a tutorial or an online demonstration.
 

Training Tutorial/Demo is based on an actual built in tutorial.
Service Magic has a built in training tutorial which is both animated and self-guided. In addition there is a Practice company with fictitious customers you may work with as if it was your own company. This is also an excellent training tool for new employees that need to learn Service Magic Software.
